It’s Cool to Stay After School!!

Once again the Bryker Wood PTA is kicking off an exciting after-school
enrichment program. Your child may choose from a variety of programs
including gymnastics, creative writing, clay-mation style film making, Lego
robotics, puppet making and much more! We’re very fortunate to have some
wonderful local organizations who have offered to teach at Bryker Woods this
year including Austin Museum of Art, Bits-Bytes & Bots, Blankenship Martial
Arts, Dance Associates and Austin Film Festival in addition to our talented
teachers and parents. For your review, the following is a TENTATIVE
schedule. At this point, dates, times and class availability are subject to
change, however we wanted you to get a preview of what we hope to offer so
that you can plan your calendar accordingly. COMPLETE INFORMATION WITH
REGISTRATION FORMS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 8TH. Full and
partial scholarships are available. All classes are 1 hour (2:50-3:50)
unless noted otherwise.

MONDAY

Basketball - 3rd grade only/$50 for 6 weeks from 9/22-11/3*

Photography - 3rd-6th grades/$64 +$35 supply fee for 6 weeks from 9/22-11/3*

TUESDAY

Martial Arts - 3rd-6th grades/fee to be determined/ 9/23-12/2

Puppet Making - K-2nd grades/$64 + $15 supply fee for 6 weeks from
9/23-10/28

Bluebonnet Review - 3rd-6th grades/ free/9/23-11/25

Yoga - 2nd-6th grades/ $60/ 9/23-10/28

WEDNESDAY

Basketball - 4th-6th grades/$50 for 6 weeks 9/24-10/29

Chess - 1st-6th grades/$20 for year/ begins late fall

Thankful for Games - 1st & 2nd grades/$35 for 4 weeks from 11/5-12/3*

THURSDAY

Claymation Film Making - 3rd-6th grades/$85 for 7 weeks from 9/25-11/6

NOTE: ABOVE CLASS IS A 2 HOUR SESSION EACH WEEK

Creative Clay-Session 1 - 2nd-6th grades/$95 for 4 weeks from 9/25-10/16

Creative Writing - 3rd-6th grades/$80 for 6 weeks from 10/9-11/13

FRIDAY

Lego Robotics - 3rd-6th grades/$95 for 4 weeks from 9/26-10/17

Game Creation - 3rd-6th grades/$95 for 4 weeks from 10/24-11/26
