Bryker Woods has a variety of means of communication. Be it digital, print or school marquee, each channel is dedicated to a specific purpose. Communication also includes regularly scheduled meetings and events (Friday Morning Assembly and Principal’s Coffee). Many teachers also provide information in children’s folders that are to be taken home. Below is a listing of the school’s communication within the digital realm. Have an announcement you would like made to the school via Livingtree? Contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
- School website (http://www.brykerwoodspta.org) – for archived information, forms & documentation. On the site you will find information about school programs, events and policies as well as contact information. The school’s website also includes School News (public content that will be archived)
- Livingtree – for delivering messages to various groups within the school such as parents & school staff (private content that is *not* archived). Also delivered via Livingtree are PTA and classroom newsletters. Please note that Livingtree is the primary means of communication for most teachers and staff at Bryker Woods.
- “Principal’s Corner” blog postings (see News & Events)
- Teachers and staff frequently have their own dedicated websites and/or social media channels (see teacher and staff listing)
